Warehouse Operative
Location: Disley, Cheshire (SK12 2DA)
Pay: £12.71 per hour (£13.71 for night shifts during peak season)
Contract: Zero-hour (typically 40 hrs/week), 7-day rotating rota including weekends and bank holidays

The Role
We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Operative to join our busy clothing retail warehouse. You'll handle picking, packing, goods-in, stock control, and returns processing, helping keep our fast-paced operation running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and picking trolleys, placing completed orders into the correct York (cage) or courier collection area
- Receive, check, and put away incoming deliveries (lifting up to 20kg)
- Move stock between storage and pick-face locations, keeping the WMS updated
- Process customer returns, inspecting and re-bagging items for resale
- Carry out general warehouse housekeeping and support the wider team as needed
What We're Looking For
- WMS/scanner experience desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift and move stock safely (up to 20kg)
- Team player with a solid understanding of health & safety practices
