We’re expanding fast and are looking for a confident, organised and motivated Booking Agent & Sales Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and supporting the day-to-day coordination of our engineers.
What you’ll be doing
- Answering inbound calls, messages and online enquiries
- Converting enquiries into confirmed appointments
- Managing engineer schedules and allocating jobs efficiently
- Providing quotes, taking payments and confirming bookings
- Following up warm leads and maintaining a high conversion rate
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
- Updating internal systems with accurate notes and job details
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident on the phone with a natural sales approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in bookings, sales, or customer service is ideal but not essential
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
