Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following all food safety standards
- Take orders promptly using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage cash or card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and intervene when necessary to ensure safety
- Restock supplies regularly to keep the bar well-stocked and ready for busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a strong focus on customer service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages
- Excellent serving skills combined with good basic math for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
- Experience in restaurant or bar settings is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability under pressure
- Demonstrated responsibility in maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff
