An exciting opportunity has arisen within Torbay Council’s Human Resources Team for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. Due to several upcoming TUPE transfers and organisational change projects, we are seeking an additional HRBP to join our busy, fast-paced team.
Working collaboratively as part of a small and supportive HR function, you will provide high-quality operational HR support and advice to managers and employees across the organisation. You should be experienced in change management, TUPE, UK employment law and delivering confident, generalist HR guidance.
No two days are the same, so if you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working as part of a proactive team, we would love to hear from you. This is a full time position of 37 hours, however, we would consider 4 days, 29.6 hours for the right candidate.
This position is for a fixed term of 12 months from the start date.
