Diginius is a London-based software and solutions provider, encompassing digital advertising, technology and consulting, with a performance-driven approach. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Marketing Executive to help us grow the business through a variety of integrated lead generation and nurturing activities, targeting our digital agency clients and prospects.
This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to get hands-on digital marketing experience in an exciting start-up environment. You’ll focus on working with several internal and external stakeholder teams to create and execute diverse marketing campaigns to achieve set objectives and KPIs.

Preparation and execution of virtual and face-to-face events

Management of social media communities

Creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns

Delivery of marketing and campaign activity to drive traffic, engagement and leads

CRM management (Hubspot)

Work with external suppliers to create and commission content for different channels (events, social media, website) to enhance engagement with key audience groups

Liaise with key external stakeholders as required to implement and drive marketing programs

Ensure all content and communications align with Dignius branding guidelines

Reporting and general marketing support

Keeping up to date with key industry trends, competitors and best practices
We are looking for someone with:
-
A relevant business or marketing degree (or equivalent)
-
Minimum of 2-3 years’ marketing experience, ideally in a digital marketing, agency or IT environment

Knowledge of marketing promotion practices and techniques and the ability to implement the full marketing mix to meet campaign requirements.

Evidence of ability to plan, deliver and evaluate customer-focused marketing activities, working to budget and deadlines.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver on time, as well as the flexibility to adapt in a complex business environment

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Proof of being able to work independently, using own initiative as well as being a strong team player, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business

Experience with managing external agencies, contractors, designers and content producers

Passion for marketing with a key interest in new technologies and a desire to continue learning
The following would be an advantage:

Experience with CRM and email marketing software
