WHOCULT is a thriving independent business established in 2019, starting with our flagship store in Bridgend. Since then, we've expanded to five additional stores and proudly introduced our own bakery located on Bridgend industrial estate. We now successfully are running six stores across south Wales.
Our donut bakery is looking for a skilled Baker/Bakery Assistant who can work independently and efficiently. In this position, You will be responsible for preparing ingredients/dough and frying donuts, ensuring that your work space is kept clean and sanitary throughout the day.
Bakery Experience essential.
This role would be night shifts into early mornings:
- Friday - Monday work pattern
These can differ during busier periods, additional shifts required seasonally
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bakery operations alongside our current bakers.
- Assist with dough making and frying of donuts.
Reliable transport is a must for this role due to the hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £13.55 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
