£13.00 – £19.50 per hour (weekday, depending on experience & grade)
£14.00 per hour (weekends)

As we continue to expand across Wickford and Rayleigh, we are looking for kind, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a flexible community care role supporting clients in their own homes across a range of daily shifts. You’ll play a vital part in helping people live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Shift Patterns Available
We operate four daily shifts, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle:
- Morning: 06:30 – 11:30
- Lunch: 11:30 – 14:30
- Teas: 14:30 – 18:30
- Beds: 18:30 – 23:00
✔ Full-time and part-time positions available
✔ Flexible rotas tailored around availability
✔ Weekend working on rotation (every other weekend or 1 day per weekend minimum)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with medication, meals, and daily routines
- Supporting mobility and independence
- Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home
- Building trusted relationships with clients and families
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals
- Must be a driver with your own car (essential)
- Ability to work across various shifts (morning, lunch, tea, beds)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
What We Offer

Location
Covering Wickford and Rayleigh, visiting clients in their own homes.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
