Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Duties
- Manage and maintain senior calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Coordinate meetings on behalf of senior management, including contacting clients, service providers, and potential partners to arrange appointments and follow-ups
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, screening and directing enquiries as appropriate
- Support marketing activities, including assisting with promotional materials, client communications, social media updates, email campaigns, and event coordination
- Assist with organising meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Support general administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to facilitate effective communication across departments
- Accompany senior management to meetings, events, or business visits when required
- Provide flexible ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
- Ambitious, proactive, and interested in developing within the company
