After securing several major tenders with high‑profile clients, Pinders Fabrication is growing fast, and we’re looking for skilled Fabricators and Fitters to join us.
FabricatorsWork includes: - Builders’ beams - Bespoke gates, railings & custom steelwork - MIG welding - Gas cutting - Forklift use - Full steel beam fabrication
FittersWork includes: - Heavy lifting & moving large items - Use of genie lifts - Loading & unloading vehicles
Requirements- Driving licence — essential -
CSCS card — advantageous -
Experience in fabrication or fitting preferred - Good work ethic and reliability are a must

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and fitting metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help us produce durable structures and assemblies that meet our high standards of quality. This position offers an engaging environment where craftsmanship and mechanical skills are valued and developed.
Duties
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
- Use Mic & Arc welding techniques to join metal components with precision and consistency
- Perform welding using welding methods suitable for various metals and thicknesses
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal parts according to project requirements
- Proven experience in Mig & Arc welding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations etc
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of welding techniques or similar regional standards is preferred
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship
