We are looking for a brilliant restaurant supervisor to join us here at The Tivoli. The restaurant supervisor will have some experience, be engaging & most importantly love and care about really great food and service. It is a flexible role with various shifts available, anywhere from 10 to 30 hours.

We (Pete and Tom) have The Bell Inn, Langford, The Lamb Inn, Shipton-under-Wychwood, The Sherborne Arms, North Leach & The Fox inn, Broadwell, which have been really successful with great reviews and awards, including GQ best pub of the year 2022, Times best pub of the year 2022 and a Michelin Bib Gourmand at The Bell which we have held for the last five years. We are equally (if not more) happy to say we have built teams both FOH & BOH at both sites that have now been with us a long time.The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently manage a busy section, while delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
-Completing the smooth operation of the Restaurant.
-Confidence in working independently, delivering perfect service.
-Ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed properly as required in support of the supervisors.
-Completing opening and closing procedures efficiently.
Key skills:
-Excellent customer service and social skills.
-Ability to work closely with both Management and Colleagues to deliver the best result.
-Attention to detail - maintaining personal standards and demanding the same from others.
-Confidence in managing multiple tables simultaneously.
Pay: £15.50 per hour
