Night shift role - 7pm - 3am - full time - must be able to commute to cirencester
We are looking for an Order Picker to pick and pack orders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills as well as a ability to work well under pressure. The position requires lifting heavy objects and working on your feet, so previous experience in an industrial setting is preferred. The Order Picker will be making repetitive lifting motions in a fast-paced environment, so the individual hired for this role must be able to handle physical stress.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks including picking, loading and unloading, moving items, and recycling and trash removal.
- Quality control of fresh produce and checking BB dates
- Follow the basic rules of safe operation.
- Communicate with others efficiently and work as part of a team
- Follow all practices for loss prevention and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
