About the Role
Márose Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Laser Practitioner to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client care in a luxury clinic environment, helping clients achieve long-lasting results with safe and effective laser hair removal treatments.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys building relationships with clients and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Carry out laser hair removal consultations and treatments safely and professionally.
- Assess clients' suitability for treatment and create personalised treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.
- Follow all clinic protocols, health and safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Support the clinic in maintaining a luxury client experience at every appointment.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified and insured to perform laser hair removal treatments.
- Previous experience using professional laser hair removal devices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable and well-presented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
Desirable
- Experience using Soprano Ice or similar medical-grade laser devices.
- Experience within an aesthetics or medical clinic.
- Sales confidence and the ability to recommend suitable treatment plans.
