The Farm Shop at Hare Hatch is growing and for very good reason. We provide our customers with an array of fresh, delightful artisan finds and freshly baked goods, made daily.
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our growing team. The role is hands-on, fast-pace and requires high-standards. This is the ideal role for someone who genuinely cares about quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.
You’ll be working alongside a close-knit and supportive team producing quality baked goods that customers will want to come back for, time and time again.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing classic cakes, scones, viennoiserie and laminated pastry products for both our farm shop and restaurant.
- Preparing products to high standards of quality and consistency
- Following bakery preparation schedules and daily production plans
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
- Professional bakery experience required
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends reliability
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Passion for quality products and thoughtful baking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and build new knowledge
