Lead claims operations to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused claims handling while supporting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee claims processing activities.
- Monitor claims performance metrics.
- Coordinate with assessors and stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Resolve complex operational issues.
- Support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance.
- Insurance claims management experience.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
Pay: £72,000.00 per year
