The place: The Ruin is a small, quirky, independent bar in Digbeth, serving food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
The role: Two shifts per week ( 5.5 or 6.5 hours each, 12 or 13 hours in total) over Friday / Saturday / Sunday.
The person: Friendliness and enthusiasm are the key for our small team. Confident dealing with a range of customers, able to work well under pressure when it's busy, and have the initiative during quiet moments to get on with the jobs that put us on the front foot.
