You’ll be coaching in a calm, well‑organised environment with excellent ratios (we aim for one coach per trampoline), clear safeguarding practice, and a culture built on emotional safety, confidence‑building and progression. - Demonstrate safe, correct trampoline techniques and model best practice at all times
- Maintain a safeguarding‑first environment, ensuring children feel emotionally and physically safe
- Give clear, encouraging feedback that supports skill development and self‑belief
- Adapt coaching for children with SEND or anxiety, using calm, supportive approaches
- Help with small in‑club events and optional friendly competitions
- Contribute to the club’s warm, welcoming atmosphere where kindness and professionalism come first
Requirements
- A recognised BG coaching qualification is ideal - Level 1 or Level 2 Trampoline Coach, or Teacher's Trampoline Award looking to upgrade to work in a club - we are happy to support coaching development for the right person.
- Experience coaching, teaching or supporting children in sport, ideally trampolining
- Strong understanding of trampoline safety and a commitment to safe practice
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, encouraging manner
- Ability to deliver engaging sessions for mixed ages and abilities
- Enthusiasm for inclusive sport and helping children grow in confidence
- Able to work some evenings and / or Saturday mornings
