Due to continued success, they're looking for a friendly, organised and confident Client Services Administrator to join their team.

The Role
You'll be a key part of the day-to-day operation, acting as an important point of contact for customers and clients while helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role combines customer service, administration, scheduling and contractor coordination, giving you plenty of variety and the opportunity to build your experience across different areas of the business.
You'll be trusted to keep customers informed, coordinate appointments and make sure work is scheduled and delivered as efficiently as possible.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients
- Managing incoming emails and responding promptly and professionally
- Scheduling and coordinating works and appointments
- Liaising with contractors to arrange and manage schedules
- Keeping customers updated and ensuring information is communicated clearly
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration
- Keeping schedules organised and ensuring works are coordinated efficiently
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues
- Helping to resolve queries and ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, personable and confident, with a genuine desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
You don't need to tick every box. Full training is available, so if you have the right attitude, good communication skills and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in Administration or Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
- Access to reliable transport due to potential travel to client sites
- Previous facilities experience would be desirable, but is by no means essential
