We’re looking for a passionate E-Commerce MarketplaceAdministrator to aid with our Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Performance & Visibility: Oversee product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces. Leverage both organic optimisation and paid strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Best-in-Class Listings & SEO: Continuously refine product pages for top-tier quality. Regularly update content to maintain optimal SEO and boost discoverability.
- Support Coordination: Collaborate with marketplace support to troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Marketplace Partnerships: Support the launch of new marketplace partnerships by accurately listing products and coordinating with internal teams.
- Sales Growth & Analysis: Track sales data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue across all eCommerce platforms.
- Price Checking/Repricing: Regularly monitor competitor prices and implement repricing strategies to remain competitive within marketplaces, optimizing both sales volume and profitability.
- Customer Support: Keeping on top of incoming queries and performing customer returns (weekend message coverage on a rotating schedule).
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Storefeeder, BigCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is desirable. Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central and eBay is essential. Knowledge of Helium 10 or similar analytics software is desirable.
- Marketplace Skillset: Proven ability to manage eBay Seller Hub promotions, volume-based discounts and maintaining our eBay “Top Rated Seller” status by managing account health.
- Multitasking Under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A resourceful thinker who can tackle challenges head-on and propose innovative solutions.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Comfortable handling data in Excel to manipulate information, derive insights, manage inventory, and forecast demand.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Able to use sales data and SEO metrics to make informed decisions that support product growth.
- Strong Communication: Clear and effective communicator for both internal collaboration and external issue resolution.
- Growth & Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new processes, adapt to industry changes, and continually improve.
- Positive Attitude & Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, can-do approach and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly desirable.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
