Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Leicester
Hours: 3–10 hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods (particularly November and December).
Typical working hours: Between 9:30am and 2:30pm, making this role ideal for someone looking for school-friendly hours or work around other daytime commitments.
About Kaali Boutique
Kaali Boutique is an independent jewellery brand selling online to customers around the world through our own website and marketplaces. We are a small, friendly team looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to join us in our warehouse and support our day-to-day operations.
This is a varied role working alongside one of our full-time team members in a relaxed, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Counting, checking and organising stock
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Assisting with basic online tasks
- Responding to customer service enquiries
- Supporting the team with general day-to-day business activities
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Exceptionally reliable and punctual
- Honest, trustworthy and organised
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Friendly, positive and happy to work as part of a small team
- Able to work independently when required
Previous warehouse, retail, administration or customer service experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
