Job description:
This is a Part-time Sales Advisor role. The role holder will be a key member of the team interacting with customers and providing the best store standards and experience for all our customers.
The Job will include working on Saturdays .It's a very Physical Job - Always on your Feet ,Carrying in Deliveries and carrying Customers Orders to their Car.
Key duties of the post will include:
· Interacting with customers, placing, tracking and allocating customer’s orders;
· Merchandising, Stock Control.
.Unpacking Deliveries ,Checking them off Deliveries and putting stock away - This can be quite physical as it can involve lifting bulky items.
· Promoting the business through Social Media Platforms.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must possess the following by the closing date:
· The following competencies:
o Customer Focus: An ability to engage with customers, talk about customers’ needs and to provide products and services that will meet these needs
o Personal Drive and Initiative: A willingness to learn and to take the initiative in confidently addressing issues as they arise along with a personal commitment to taking all actions necessary to contribute to the success of the store
o Teamwork: An ability to work well as part of a small but dynamic retail team. An ability to be flexible in working hours will be particularly important in the Sales Advisor role.
Desirable Criteria
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail/service environment ;
· Familiarity with social media and an ability to promote product offerings on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok
