We are looking for a driven, results-obsessed Sales Executive to dominate and grow our Wales region within the recruitment market.
This role is for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a highly profitable regional portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new business through proactive, strategic business development
- Opening doors with senior decision-makers and converting opportunities
- Negotiating high-value commercial agreements
- Building a strong, sustainable pipeline across multiple sectors
- Consistently exceeding revenue and performance targets
- Positioning the business as a market leader across Wales
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in a competitive commercial sales environment
- Evidence of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing ability and commercial acumen
- High levels of resilience, ambition, and self-motivation
- Recruitment industry experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
