Duties
- Manage maintenance requests by accurately entering data into property management software such as Yardi, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate scheduling of repairs and inspections with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain property standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and vendor communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members to foster positive relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating property records to support smooth operations.
- Support upselling opportunities by identifying potential upgrades or additional services during tenant interactions or maintenance visits.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure all maintenance-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with office administration or property management support roles.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email while maintaining courteous etiquette.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within property management or real estate is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures; a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
