Job description
Our flight operation team are key to the daily running of the flight school, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible. The role involves; managing the schedule, bookings, maintenance, student progress and telephone/email enquiries. Essential skills which will be developed in the role will include problem solving, workload management and customer service.
Responsibilities
As Flight Operations you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the school when you are working. Outlined are a few key responsibilities below.
Bookings - Ensuring efficient use of the aircraft and instructors, and adapting on the day to ensure minimal disruption to the schedule when anything doesn't go to plan.
Maintenance - Making sure aircraft are sent to the hangar for checks and defects rectified quickly and without disruption to the schedule.
Customer Service - Advising students with course information and helping to maintain a positive, friendly environment at the club.
Qualifications
Training for knowledge requirements provided as part of training for the role. A keen interest in aviation is essential.
