Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Coffee Barista to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our coffee shop, crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and warmth.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Manage cash register transactions and handle customer payments smoothly
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless service throughout shifts
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Skills
- Passionate about coffee, food, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
