Duties
- Actively engage with potential and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to provide accurate information
- Handle customer enquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales area and related maintenance tasks
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through organised planning and proactive outreach

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
