As a Facilities Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and compliant. You will be the first point of contact for all maintenance matters at our key community facilities and a central figure in supporting their smooth, safe operation.
This is a hands-on and varied role that requires a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people — from contractors and colleagues to residents and the general public, with a specific focus on St. Ewolds residential care home and Westmount Day Nursery.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional who can balance hands-on maintenance with administrative tasks, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and service for the residents, visitors, children and staff.
