We are a busy Thai restaurant passionate about delivering authentic Thai cuisine and exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly waiting staff to join our team and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, set up, and ready for guests.
- Process payments using the till/card machine.
- Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or waiting staff is preferred.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
