We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welding Fabricator to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products from engineering drawings.
- Operate an AMADA EML Laser/Punch Combination Machine to manufacture components.
- Set up and operate AMADA Press Brakes to form parts to specification.
- Carry out high-quality MIG welding on mild steel and other materials as required.
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication and MIG welding.
- Experience operating AMADA laser/punch combination machines is desirable.
- Experience using AMADA press brakes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
