The University of Staffordshire BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance is ACCA and CIMA accredited, giving our students a head start in their career once they graduate. You will be part of the discipline team, responsible for giving our students an excellent grounding in key topics, including Finance, Financial Accounting, Data Analytics, Machine Learning Techniques and Corporate Governance. With a strong focus on employability skills, you will also be working with our students to delve into contemporary issues, from the challenges of regulating fintech to the growth in cryptocurrency. With your ability to use real-world examples, you will also support our students’ understanding of the crucial role accounting and finance plays in organisational decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
As part of the growth and development of our University of Staffordshire Business School, we are looking for a highly motivated Accounting and Finance Lecturer. You will become part of a friendly, hard-working and dedicated team of academics who deliver our undergraduate and postgraduate suite of awards, including BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance; BSc Business Analytics and Finance; MSc International Finance and Accounting; and finance-related modules on our undergraduate and postgraduate Business programmes. You will also be required to travel overseas, including to China and Vietnam, for extended periods to deliver modules on our dual awards, including Finance and Economics and International Finance and Accounting.
