Job Title: Field Sales Representative – New Business (Business Supplies)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Field Sales Person to join our team in Norwich and Norfolk. The individual will be field based and self motivated to generate new business by identifying and on-boarding new clients for Office Supplies, Workwear and Furniture divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential new customers across Norwich and Norfolk.
· Schedule and attend client meetings to present all divisions of our business.
· Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Understand client needs and tailor solutions as part of the sales process.
· Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer contact via our CRM system.
. Provide ad-hoc support for existing customer base
Requirements:
· Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally in office supplies, Uniform, PPE or a related industry.
· Strong experience in new business development.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

This is a highly sales focused role, the admin required is to stay organised and track customer contact, support from experts within each division will manage the below on your behalf:

· Loading of Quotations
· Customer Enquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
