Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Technical Report Writer (R&D) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing clear, comprehensive, and accurate technical reports related to research and development activities. Your writing will help our clients demonstrate their innovation efforts effectively while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with technical experts and contribute to the success of cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical reports that accurately document research activities, methodologies, results, and conclusions.
- Proofread and edit reports to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D teams and technical specialists to gather necessary information and clarify complex concepts.
- Maintain high standards of communication skills by translating technical jargon into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements for compliance purposes.
- Manage multiple report deadlines efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Experience
- 1+ years proven experience in technical writing, preferably within research & development environments.
- Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure error-free documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and clients.
- Ability to interpret complex technical data and present it clearly in written form.
- Prior experience in preparing reports that meet regulatory or compliance standards is advantageous.
