We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team at Camden Group in Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a modern production environment manufacturing high-quality uPVC windows and doors.
No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided.
£12.82 per hour - Day Shift
£13.91 per hour - Evening Shift
Full-time ongoing temporary positions
Fixed shift patterns with no rotation
No weekend work

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: Early Finish
Monday to Wednesday: 5:00pm - 2:30am
Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:15pm
Friday: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
As a General Operative, you will play an important part in the manufacturing process, working alongside a supportive team to produce high-quality products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, productivity and workmanship.

Following production processes and company procedures

Operating safely within a manufacturing environment

Identifying and reporting faults or production issues

Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process

Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised

Working closely with supervisors and colleagues

Following all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and productivity targets

Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of uPVC windows and doors

Undertaking general production and factory duties as required
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong commitment to quality and safety standards
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
