We are currently looking for a Automated Dispensing Team Leader to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
- To Ensure the smooth operation of the automated dispensing robot to achieve and maintain agreed service level targets.
- Lead, motivate and coach all members of the team to ensure maximum performance, ensuring ‘down time’ is kept to a minimum.
- To ensure prescriptions are processed and dispensed in line to the SOPs for dispensing/automated dispensing.
- To ensure the operational software systems and equipment are used in accordance with the guidance given and tasks may include and not limited to registration of prescriptions, stock selection, loading, sortation of orders, quality control and quarantine management, dispatching of orders and the supervision of automated dispensing activities.
- To ensure automated dispensing equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines to ensure continual operational capability.
- Provide regular evaluation and feedback on performance of the automated dispenser to help maximise efficiencies and resolve potential operational issues.
- To ensure that all IT issues with the automated dispenser are reported to Centred Solutions using the web-based reporting function.
- Escalate to Centred Solutions any issue which will cause significant ‘down time’.
- To ensure the daily, weekly, monthly checks are completed and recorded.
- To ensure the Automated dispenser and area around it are kept clean and tidy.
- To ensure supplies and consumables are kept in sufficient quantities.
- Carry out Training needs analysis, identifying colleagues for further development as part of the succession planning process.
- Assist the Assistant Managers at the site in completing the daily workload, as required. Ensure the team workload is equally distributed and managed. Re-prioritise workload as required to achieve the Department/ Team service levels.
- Responsibility for the standards of training, compliance with training requirements and the maintenance of training records for all dispensary colleagues.
- Compliance with KPI targets set for the department.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all orders, investigating all orders which do not scan with the courier.
- Monitor real time the automated dispensing workflows, taking action to maintain target service levels but maintaining full oversight of the operation.
- Ensure that NAV is used to prepare orders for the automated dispenser and that the job queues are reporting back to NAV for posted orders.
- Adhere to all HR policies and procedures and all current security procedures to ensure the safekeeping of all company and customer property and all statutory and company regulations.
- Provide support for investigating and responding to complaints regarding the dispensary team • Liaise with internal functions regarding issues relating to the dispensary team.
- Capture, record and resolve all Customer Complaints relating to all elements of the business in a professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes within the team.
- Input in cross functional projects to deliver future improvements to HealthNet’s Service offering.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
- Computer literacy
- Minimum 12 months in a pharmacy environment at a supervisory level
- Proven track record of achieving activity targets.

Dispenser’s Qualification – to NVQ Level 2 equivalent
