Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary/SEN School, Mansfield

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of SEN students.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support students' social and emotional development, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Understanding of SEN and a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential).
