Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent to meet organisational staffing needs. This role involves leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities
- Lead generation: utilise social media management, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for various roles within the organisation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilise Salesforce for candidate relationship management and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media channels to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline recruitment workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation during all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience using Salesforce for relationship management or sales-related functions is desirable.
- Proficiency in social media management tools for talent acquisition purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques specific to recruitment is preferred.
