The Role:
We’re seeking a Lounge Assistant Manager for our Premier Lounge in London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and ready to make every customer’s experience memorable.
As a Lounge Assistant Manager, you’ll be the face of Momentum Services Ltd., representing our expertise in high-quality service to both our customers and our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively and ensure smooth, organized service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail, setting the standard for premium service and lounge ambiance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing a team, including supervisor roles.
- Impeccable presentation, a courteous demeanour, and a polished approach.
- Hands-on leadership—hardworking, flexible, results-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy, with strong IT skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French are a must; Dutch are a plus.
