We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our pastoral team.
The main responsibilities will be to run the Reflection Room where pupils are given a period of time during the school day in detention, and to support the pastoral needs of pupils to ensure that the school’s expectations for behaviour, safety, well-being, and attendance are met.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a small team. They will need good IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, colleagues, and other professionals.
Previous experience of working in a school within a pastoral arena will be an advantage.
