Receptionist / Administrator, Northwich
We are recruiting for a self-motivated and well-organised individual to join the team at our busy referral practice in Hartford.
This role will include:

Handling telephone enquiries from clients / referring veterinary practices

Arranging referrals; including diary management, liaison with clients, clinical record acquisition, detailing the referral process and handling questions.

Liaising with our clinicians

Greeting clients at the practice

Insurance administration
-
Processing payments
-
Debt management
-
Typing of reports and minutes
Previous reception and/or administration experience is essential. We are looking for a caring and confident individual with good people skills and the ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team.
This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week), with shifts between 8am and 8pm, including participation in a 1 in 5 Saturday rota. Ideally, hours will be worked over three days, although some flexibility with days/hours is available for the right candidate.
