KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Reporting to your local Head of Sales, you will be responsible for expanding as well as looking after the existing customer base while maintaining customer pricing and promoting new products.
· You will primarily be responsible for managing designated territory, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth.
- Develop the territory by managing a prospect list to secure new customers
- Drive growth through expanding the range that is currently being supplied to existing accounts.
- Manage all customer contracts within the territory, including managing pricing and range to maximise profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service through friendly, accurate field communication and good administration practices.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ideally from a chef or food service background you should be self-motivated, hardworking, show great initiative and can build long-standing customer relationships.
Experience, Skills and Education:
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Strong organisational abilities to manage territory effectively.
- Proven sales experience in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective time management to maximise productivity during field visits.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
- Basic IT skills for reporting and communication purposes.
- Prior experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.
