Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care
- Apply makeup for various occasions, ensuring each look aligns with client preferences and current trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized beauty advice
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas to ensure client safety
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest beauty techniques, products, and industry trends to enhance service quality
- Assist in creating a relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Technician with a strong portfolio of work
- Skilled in makeup application for different skin tones and styles
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively connect with diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments
- Previous experience working with various nail products, tools, and techniques is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided for the right candidate
