Pride Hearing is one of the UK's fastest-growing independent hearing care companies. Our national marketing generates over 2,000 enquiries every month, and alongside our clinics in Derby, Cannock and Nottingham, our domiciliary service brings expert hearing care directly into people's homes.
We're expanding our South West territory due to growth – this is one of our most successful regions, and the diary is already full of qualified appointments waiting for the right clinician. The Role
- Deliver hearing assessments and prescribe hearing aids in patients' homes across Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and surrounding areas.
- Field-based with travel of up to 1.5 hours from your home – no clinic commute, your day starts from your front door.
- Every visit is a pre-qualified hearing test appointment, booked and confirmed by our central team. No cold calling, no prospecting – you focus on clinical care and outcomes.
- Follow our proven blueprint – a tested consultation and care process that has led to thousands of prescribed hearing aids. Full training provided.
- Optional opportunity to train and mentor our apprentice audiologists virtually – ideal if you enjoy developing others.
- Uncapped bonus - 10% on all orders once thresholds met.
About You
- HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (or completing registration).
- Commercially minded – you understand that great clinical care and strong results go hand in hand.
- Open to coaching and happy to follow a proven, structured process.
- Confident working independently and building rapport quickly in patients' homes.
- Full UK driving licence.
