What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates for live vacancies
- Build relationships with engineers and industry professionals across the UK
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and interviews
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Generate market intelligence and business opportunities
- Work alongside experienced consultants supporting client requirements
- Develop your communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
