Safer Group are looking for a full time Business Development Manager, who is a talented and ambitious individual that wants to be part of a rapidly growing company.

We are looking for someone who has previous sales experience and a business development background. An interest and understanding of the security industry and CCTV systems would be highly advantageous. You will have excellent communication skills, be confident, proactive, happy working on your own initiative, making new business calls and setting up meetings with prospective clients. Your role will be to help expand our list of clients and grow new business opportunities.
As Business Development Manager you will be creating a pipeline of potential leads that result in an appointment for yourself, with the goal of creating new long term business relationships for the company.

- Manage your time between appointment setting, strategy planning and account management.
- Be able to generate your own leads and follow up with client meetings.
- Be confident and able to communicate with senior company leaders and managers.
- Quickly develop an understanding of the products available to our clients and how they work.
- Be able to adapt to client demands and requirements whilst offering the best solution from our range of products.
- Be performance driven and look to grow the customer base in a profitable way.
- A full clean driving licence is essential as travel to various areas within Scotland is necessary to travel to and from client meetings as and when required.
Salary will be competitive with additional performance related incentives.
