Job Overview
Revive Property Maintenance are seeking a skilled and versatile technician with a joinery, plumbing or painting & decorating background to join our team of tradespeople. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical abilities and practical experience in maintenance and repair tasks and have a good level of joinery skills.
This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team efficiently while providing excellent customer service and high standard of finishing skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
We are also looking for qualified trades in the following areas: Painting & Decorating, Joinery, Plumbing & Gas
Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks in both vacant and tenanted residential and commercial settings. This could be anything from repairs to assisting trades with full refurbishment works, insurance reinstatements, bathrooms etc
- Read job spec from our own app and update accordingly with detailed notes and photographs
- Perform basic joinery tasks such as framing & sheeting, laminate flooring, wetwall, replacing floorboards
- Be capable of basic plumbing, joinery, electrical and painting skills
- Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for the client as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years proven experience in property maintenance or a qualification in any of the following trades: Painting & decorating, plumbing, joinery
- Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Full driving licence
