Opportunity to join the Founding team at TraqCheck an HR Tech start up/ scale up in new offices in London.
Primary focus will be on outbound prospecting - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and creating opportunities from scratch for our two HR Tech AI Agents - Nina our Resourcing Solution and Trace our Onboarding Solution.

Running focused outbound into target accounts across HR, TA and Compliance. Researching, writing, calling and sequencing with intent rather than volume for its own sake

Qualifying inbound leads into real pipeline. Fast triage, sharp discovery, clean handoff or close

Closing SME deals yourself. Demo, commercials, objection handling, contract. Full cycle on smaller opportunities and a key part of the team on larger ones

Running your own book like a business. Territory plan, account tiering, weekly pipeline reviews with your manager

Building a real point of view on the market. You will understand where legacy screening falls short and be able to have a credible commercial conversation with a Head of Talent

Keeping the commercial engine clean. Accurate Salesforce data, tight notes and honest forecasts

Working alongside AEs on enterprise cycles so you learn the motion by doing parts of it
Requirements

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or a similar outbound lead generation role or full sales role

Energy and drive to succeed, resilence and commercial awareness with a proactive approach

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong connectiosn and relationships

A team player able to collaberate and share success

A background of exceeding targets and KPIs
Desirable but not essential would be CRM experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
