Quality Construction is looking for an experienced construction operative or tradesperson who already has a solid practical skill base but wants to become capable across multiple trades.
This is not a standard labouring position.
We are building a team of highly capable multi-trade professionals who can complete a wide variety of work to an excellent standard. For the right person, there will be a structured route through training, increased responsibility, higher earnings and eventually senior positions within the company.

What You'll Be Working On
Our projects cover a wide range of construction work, including:
- Roofing and roof repairs
- Carpentry and timber work
- Brickwork and masonry
- Groundworks and drainage
- Plastering and rendering
- Decorating
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Windows, doors, fascia, soffits and guttering
- Landscaping and patios
- Garage conversions and property refurbishments
- General building and property improvements
You do not need to know every trade already.
We're looking for someone who is already competent within construction and has the ability and attitude to learn considerably more.

For the strongest people, the pathway can progress beyond installation into areas such as:
Skilled Operative → Multi-Trade Installer → Senior Multi-Trade Installer → Team Leader → Surveying / Project Management / Training
There will also be opportunities to develop specialist skills and undertake additional training as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be perfect. You do need to be someone we can invest in.
Ideally, you will:
- Already have practical construction experience
- Be competent with hand and power tools
- Have experience in at least one or more construction trades
- Be genuinely interested in learning additional trades
- Take pride in producing excellent work
- Be reliable and organised
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Be willing to follow company systems, installation methods and quality checks
- Look after customers' homes and properties properly
- Be comfortable using a phone/app to record project information, photographs and progress
- Be willing to learn from mistakes and continually improve
- Work well independently and as part of a team
A driving licence is highly desirable.
Earnings & Progression

Your starting rate will depend on your existing experience and ability, but this role has been designed with progression in mind.
