Our client is looking for an experienced Responsive Multi Trader to join their Planned Works and Responsive Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services within social housing tenanted properties.

Responsibilities and Experience
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates with a Responsive Multi Trade background. Duties will include carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out a variety of responsive maintenance and repair works across tenanted properties
- Basic plumbing, including the replacement of sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins and taps, along with occasional repairs
- Tiling and patch plastering, including making good
- Painting and decorating as required
- Working within occupied social housing properties, delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Using handheld devices or job management systems to receive and complete daily work instructions
- Managing your own workload effectively and working independently
- Following all health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within social housing and tenanted properties is essential
- Proven experience carrying out responsive repairs across a range of trades
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
