Children’s Home Residential Support Worker for our Children's Home in a Rural Village Between Ashford and Maidstone. This role will include supporting our other homes in Kent.

What will you do as a Children’s Home Residential Support Worker at Parkview Care?
· Teach independence and help with life skills
· Take children & young people to essential appointments and a range of activities (cinema, theme parks, bowling)
· Provide a high level of supervision and support in a nurturing environment
· Help children & young people overcome any difficulties they are faced with, building their confidence to make positive choices

Due to the location of the home and the needs of our children & young people; candidates are required to hold a full driving license and access to a vehicle to get to and from our homes.
