About Us
Young Talent Swim School is a growing swim school with venues across multiple locations. We specialise in private and very small group lessons, with a maximum of four swimmers per class, allowing every lesson to be tailored to the individual needs, goals, and learning style of each swimmer.
We believe that swimmers learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and understood. Our small-class approach creates a calm and focused environment where both children and adults can build confidence, develop strong technique, and progress at their own pace. Whether teaching complete beginners or more advanced swimmers, our aim is to deliver high-quality lessons that promote skill development, water safety, and a lifelong enjoyment of swimming.
We are currently seeking a Swimming Instructor to deliver private and small-group lessons at our Stirling venue.
