The Role
Working alongside the Nursery Manager and Area Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire nursery staff
- Support quality improvement
- Maintain excellent safeguarding standards
- Build strong parent relationships
- Support occupancy growth
- Mentor and develop practitioners
- Help create an outstanding nursery environment
Essential
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above)
- Leadership experience within an Early Years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional childcare
Bonus Points

- Experience supporting staff development
£1,000 Recruitment Bonus
